Wholesome sourdough bread with chipotle sauce, kimchi and sprouts
Just like salt and pepper, we think that sourdough and fermented vegetables belong together. This is why we are sharing a simple and a delicious recipe creation with our Kimchi SauerCrowd which will take you no longer than 10 minutes to prepare.
The perfect start into the morning with lots of pro and prebiotic load from the fermented vegetables, fiber rich sourdough and sprouts.
This recipe is so simple, that every hobby chef in the world will be able to make it happen. The recipe inspiration comes from our Friend Alexandra @holaolavg_ and it contains probiotic kraut as a topping (not cooked) 🎁Aleksandra and her food blog: holaolavg_
INGREDIENTS (4 people):
4 Slices Sourdough bread
4 tbsp Chipotle sauce
1/2 cucumber sliced
1 pack Cherry tomatoes
1 bell pepper sliced (color of your choice)
Roasted veggies (leftover - We used pumpkin, onion and zucchini)
1 avocado sliced
(vegan) cream cheese (optionally)
8 Tbsp Kimchi Kraut
3 Tbs 'This is not grated cheese by Willicorft
