In our 2 1/2 hours workshop you will learn everything about the fascinating world of microbes inside us (gut-mind connection) & get your hands on making your own lacto-fermented vegetables guided by Moritz (Founder).

Timeline:
11:50-12:00 Arrival + Sanitary precautions (Covid-19 safe)
12:00 - 12:30 Introduction to the topic gut-health, the gut microbiome and the relation to food that is alive (pro/prebiotics) + Tea, coffee, water
12:30 - 13:45 Make your own lacto-fermented vegetables (seasonal changing local organic vegetables, fruits, and spices).
+ 1-2 fermentation jars per person, which you can take home (filled by you)
+ digital fermentation manual "how to take care of your fermented veggies", recipes, and tips to create more diversity in your gut microbiome.
