Willicroft Creamy Pasta with Purple Rain Kraut

STEPS:
- Cook pasta in a salty water according the instruction on the package
- Meanwhile slice oyster mushrooms and fry them on sesame oil for a few minutes until they become nicely brown. By the end add some coriander seeds, black sesame, soy sauce and fresh spinach
- Once your pasta is cooked strain it leaving some water in the pot and add Willicroft creamy sauce stirring it gently until it heats and becomes brighter in colour. Add a little bit of squeezed lemon and soy sauce to give it extra flavour and if needed add some more water to make sauce creamy and nice.
- Serve your pasta with mushrooms you prepared, top it with Purple Rain Kraut to support your gut microbiome and enjoy!
