14:00 - 14:30 Introduction to the topic gut-health, the gut microbiome and the relation to food that is alive (pro/prebiotics) + Tea, coffee, kombucha
14:30 - 15:45 Make your own lacto-fermented vegetables (seasonal changing local organic vegetables, fruits, and spices).
+ 2 fermentation jars per person which you can take home (filled by you)
