Why?

This vegan butter variation is loaded with vitamin C, omega 3 fatty acids and lactic acid bacteria*1. 

Creamy and spreadable with a hint of sea salt. Our plant based alternative is as delicious and addictive as the dairy version. A mix of fermented oats and cashews, combined with coconut oil, flax seed & sunflower oil! 

Serving suggestion: On sourdough bread as butter spread, in warm hearty dishes as a final touch or within baking combined with margarine (for a butter flavour).

 Ingredients: Coconut Oil*, water, cashews*, oats*, sunflower oil*, flaxseed oil*, carrot*, starter culture, sea salt (*ingredients organically certified)

*1: Lab tested: 12.24 billion CFU´s per serving size 3 tablespoons (17g each)  

Shelf life: 2 weeks upon arrival at home

Consume within 10-14 days after opening (always use a clean knife)

Info: 20% less fat and kcal then conventional dairy based butter

TIP:

Because of its short shelf live we suggest you to freeze in the B(e)tter you don’t use right away and de-freeze it once you need more. From our experience that is the best way to always have a fresh B(e)tter at hand when you need it and the ability to buy in bulk.
