At its most basic, Miso is a umami-paste that's made by fermenting a mixture of soybeans with a mold called Koji. But at SauerCrowd, most basic is not enough, so we partnered up with FunkGilde to offer you their Frisian Ryebread Miso (Amino) which is handmade & from local ingredients, low in salt, and high in umami flavor. 

Miso paste is just perfect to enhance flavor naturally! For the classic Miso soup, added to sauces, stews, marinades, or simply as a bullion/salt substitute. More recipes here
