The Classic salsa is hand chopped and fermented with our natural lactobacilli starter culture. A mild funky salsa flavour perfect to combine with:

Nachos, Tacos, on a sandwich, with sourdough bread, as a dish topping, or straight from the jar.

Fermented Tomato salsa is a great source of fibre, vitamin K, calcium, and vitamin

Good to know:

All of the varieties are not as sour as the pickles in the supermarket but with a wild funky fermented taste and rich in lactobacilli* (the bacteria that support your gut).

Ingredients:

tomatoes, tomato paste, bell pepper, red onions, lime, jalapeno, classic kraut brine, cumin, spring onions, sea salt 

with or without coriander (you choose)
